A pack of 6x 11" latex balloons filled with blue coloured confetti 

Balloons are sold un-inflated 

Please note, in order to get the confetti to stick to the sides, you will need to polish the balloon with a duster to create static. Otherwise the confetti will sit at the bottom of the balloon.
