Coaster - Leek Staffordshire - Adams' Butter Van

This coaster features a vintage photograph of an Adams' Butter Van, travelling along Springfield Road, Leek, Staffordshire. 

Established in 1922 by Frederick Adams, Adams wholesale dairies offering the first pre-packed butter in the country. In the 1960s Adams' became UK distributor for the Irish Dairy Board’s products including the newly launched Kerrygold butter. During the 1970s Adams' became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Irish Dairy Board.
